Comments from Reviewers from Learning ® Magazine 15th Annual Teachers' ChoiceSM Award for the Classroom 2009 about Learning Props Learning Game Kits:

I love the portability of the product. Since it is written in English and Spanish, this enables parents and older children to effectively use this product. The book that accompanies each set is an added bonus to support school readiness skills and language skills. I liked the home practice page for each game.

I liked that both my English speaking and English learning students were able to play together. The games were challenging and inviting enough to hold the attention of second language children even if Spanish was not their native language. I used this in small group with my ESL students.

I used the games in small groups with students from an older grade leading the game in each group. My students rotated from game to game and played with their big buddy. The kids were engaged the whole time and wanted to be sure they got a turn to play every game! I let them take turns taking the sets home for the night for review of concepts. They were so excited and couldn't wait for their turn to take a game home. I did not have any trouble receiving the games back.

The games are fun and easy to play. They work on basic skills and are a great value!

These books are especially recommended for preschool, grade school, home school, and community library collections.
